Clearer Admin Workflows and Better Trial Onboarding

This week was about making StatiBeat easier to trust and easier to get started with. Admins now have better visibility into what changed, trial users get clearer guidance, and incident managers have more direct ways to review and adjust public incident information.

What's New​

  • Added a dedicated Audit Trail experience for status page administration.
  • Added clearer onboarding states for guided setup and imported pages.
  • Added more direct paths between public incident views and admin incident management.
  • Incident managers can now adjust public timeline entries from authorized admin flows.

Improvements​

  • Trial setup language is clearer about workspaces, status pages, and first sign-in.

Fixes​

  • Improved how retroactive and resolved incidents are displayed.
  • Improved Slack confirmation links for newly created incidents.
  • Trial signup now reflects the same password policy used by the backend - previously a bug resulted in a slightly different policy, resulting in one place accepting passwords that the other didn't recognise.
