More Flexible Status Pages, Smarter Slack, and Better Localization

This update gives teams more control over how their status pages look, where service updates appear, and how responders work across multiple pages. We also made public metrics clearer, expanded French-language support, and smoothed out several everyday admin and onboarding flows.

What's New

Improvements

  • Visual changes and custom CSS can be previewed before publishing, with revision history, rollback, validation, and recovery controls.
  • Planned incidents now have their own admin view, and date-time fields make the active timezone clearer.
  • Maintenance drafts remain visible while AI-assisted workflows ask follow-up questions.
  • Public metrics now have more useful hover details, summaries, freshness guidance, and clearer handling for sparse or missing data.
  • Guided setup explains service hierarchy more clearly, and the Beats walkthrough is now available as a narrated video.
  • Customer API documentation is easier to navigate, with focused references, live read-only examples, and safe page-specific request previews.
  • Atlassian Statuspage imports can replace an existing default page, with trial limits aligned to the Business plan.

Fixes

  • Fixed automatic incident resolution when a Beat recovers.
  • Fixed upcoming maintenance visibility on service pages and false stale warnings on active public metrics.
  • Improved Beats review steps, inline admin errors, mobile modal spacing, and public hierarchy expand/collapse controls.
  • Improved Slack page selection, permissions, revision follow-ups, and duplicate-response handling.
