Admin Search

Admin search helps operators jump to the right admin area without hunting through the sidebar.

What it is for​

Use admin search when you know what you want to do, but not exactly where it lives.

Good searches include:

  • incidents
  • maintenance
  • hierarchy
  • Slack
  • domains
  • API tokens
  • subscribers
  • Terraform

How to use it​

  1. Open the admin workspace.
  2. Open search from the admin header or keyboard shortcut.
  3. Type the task or area you want.
  4. Select the matching result.

Search results respect your workspace access. If you cannot open a result, check your role or workspace plan.

Practical tips​

  • Search by task, not just feature name.
  • Use it when switching between org admin and page admin work.
  • If a feature does not appear, confirm that the feature is enabled and that your role can access it.
